We have an excellent knowledge and practical aptitude for understanding Mechanical, Electrical, BMS and Controls systems and their interoperability for optimal performance. We carry our own comprehensive suite of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic testing, measurement and datalogging equipment.
Our staff have an excellent knowledge of numerical and data analysis using software including MS Excel, Visual Basic, JavaScript and industry specific software including heat exchanger performance modelling tools.
Over the years, we have built enduring partnerships with specialist service providers including licenced electricians, gas fitters, plumbers, refrigeration mechanics, HVAC technicians, BMS and controls specialists, structural and acoustic engineers who have complemented our skills with their knowledge, practical skills and insights to help us solve complex challenges.
When remote access to the BMS has been provided by the client, we capture and analyse information from historical trends and events to diagnose reported issues and develop potential remediation. Such issues may include discomfort, poor indoor air quality - IAQ, noise and vibration, reduced HVAC equipment performance, and poor building fabric integrity that leads to high energy (and water) consumption, power disruption, and poor NABERS ratings.
