We have an excellent track record for Sustainable Design of Building Services in commercial and industrial buildings, especially when upgrading existing buildings to improve Resilience, Performance, and Energy efficiency. Sustainable design enhances energy and water efficiency in new buildings and reduces energy and water consumption in existing buildings. Electrification plays a key role for driving sustainability.

Electrification of existing buildings is carried out through retrofitting technology such as heat pumps to replace gas fired boilers, and upgrading electrical infrastructure including sub stations, switchboards and power distribution. Complementary technologies such as solar PV, thermal and battery storage can also be integrated, when cost effective.
