Sampath has contributed immensely to the development of Building Information Modelling- BIM at ESBS. Sampath’s skills have been used successfully for mechanical HVAC design- including boilers, chillers, heat pumps and VRF type HVAC systems, electrical power upgrades including sub stations, maintenance management, costing, tender reviews and construction stage monitoring. Sampath is completing a MSc in Engineering at the University of Wollongong, in readiness for becoming a Chartered Professional Engineer.
